At Glassmith by Gulzari Optics, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.
Eligibility for Return or Refund
You are eligible to apply for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

Damaged Frame/Sunglasses on Delivery
If the product is delivered in damaged condition, you may request a return or refund. Proof of damage (photos or video) must be submitted within 5 hours of package delivery. Courier tracking will be used to verify delivery time. -
Incorrect Prescription Lenses
If the prescription lenses delivered are not as per the prescription provided by the customer, you are entitled to a full replacement or refund after inspection. -
Lens Coating Issues
If the coating of the plastic lenses (anti-glare, blue-cut, etc.) is found damaged upon delivery, the customer must provide photo or video proof within 5 hours of receiving the package. -
Return Window
Any product (frame, sunglasses, or lenses) must be returned to our address within 7 working days of delivery. Returns received after this period will not be entertained.
Return Process

You must inform our team via email or WhatsApp before sending back the parcel.

Ship the product securely in its original packaging to the address provided by our support team.

Once received, the returned item will be inspected within 2 working days.

If found to be in its original condition (as dispatched), a full refund will be processed within 2–5 working days via the original payment method.
If the returned product shows signs of damage, tampering, or use, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the product condition upon inspection.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable if:

The product is returned after 7 working days.

Proof of damage is not shared within 5 hours of delivery.

The frame or lenses have been used, mishandled, or altered after delivery.

The issue arises due to prescription errors submitted by the customer.
